Ingredients Amount Measure Ingredient 3 1/2 cups, sliced zucchini 1 cup, chopped Onion, chopped 1 package (14.5 oz) Stuffing, Herb Seasoned, Pepperidge Farms 1/2 cup butter melted 1 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 cup sour cream 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom condensed soup Steps Sequence Step 1 Place zucchini and onions in pan and cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Drain 2 Mix stuffing and butter. 3 Combine zucchini, onions, carrots, sour cream, soup and half of the stuffing mixture. 4 Put into a 2 qt casserole dish and top with remaining stuffing mixture. 5 Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
