Steps

1Brown ground beef
2Add mushrooms, zuchinni, basil, salt and pepper. Mix well and simmer for 10 min.
3Mix ricotta, parm and half shredded mozza
4Place wonton in bottom of muffin tin, spoon some sauce miture in, spoon cheese mixture in. Cover with another wonton wrapper and repeat. Sprinkle shredded mozza on top.
5Bake at 425 for 15 min
6Allow to cool briefly, spoon out and serve.
