cupchocolate chips, dark is better, Ghirardelli

cup, choppedwalnuts, organic
Steps
Sequence Step
1Mash bananas and add other dry ingredients, stir in PB and honey, add chocolate(dark) chips and walnuts to your taste.
2Press in to a low bar pan (I use Pampered chef medium brownie stone)
3Bake at 350% for 15 minutes.
4Cut into about a 4" by 2" bar and wrap and store in frig.
