Cover lentils with 4 cups boiling water and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Drain lentils, mix in bruschetta (diced tomatoes and Italian dressing. Crumble Feta and mix in. Cover and rest for 20-30 minutes Serve chilled with crackers.
