Get a cutting board.
1. Chop the okra into slices (should be 3-4 rounds a pod)
2. Chop the carrot into slices (should be 14 pieces a carrot)
3. Chop the zuchini first into rounds then into quarters
4. Put tomato sauce/soup into pot and heat on high
5. Add vegetables along with beans (don''t forget the corn!)
6. heat to a boil then let it simmer on med-low till veggies are tender
