1Pour boiling water over wheat bran in a bowl. Allow to sit while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
2In another bowl, combine honey, apple sauce, and eggs. Stir until well blended.
3In another large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda
4In another bowl, combine lemon juice and milk. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
5pour the apple sauce mixture into the bran mixture, stirring until well combined. Pour in the milk, and stir well. Pour in the flour. and stir until just combined, do not over mix.
6add the blueberries
7spoon into lined muffin tins
8place in a 350 oven for 18 minutes
9allow to cool
10enjoy muffins
