Steps

1Slice onion
2Chop garlic
3Slice zuchini thinly
4Heat a cooking pan on medium high for about 3 minutes
5Add olive oil during heating of the pan
6Mix in garlic and onion and stirfry until they are soften to very light brown colour
7Mix in Zucchini and stirfry until zucchini soften or dissolve. May use lid to retain moisture to speed up the process.
8Add salt to taste and add italian spice to taste
9While the sauce is cooking, grate the parmesan cheese if you haven''t done so already.
10After pasta is cooked to aldente, draine and put in large serving bowl.
11Crack the eggs into the pasta
12put the grated parmesan into the pasta as well
13Pour the zucchini sauce in the pasta and mix. Make sure everything is hot so the eggs will be cooked in the process of mixing
14Now serve and enjoy
