Slice onion

Chop garlic

Slice zuchini thinly

Heat a cooking pan on medium high for about 3 minutes

Add olive oil during heating of the pan

Mix in garlic and onion and stirfry until they are soften to very light brown colour

Mix in Zucchini and stirfry until zucchini soften or dissolve. May use lid to retain moisture to speed up the process.

Add salt to taste and add italian spice to taste

While the sauce is cooking, grate the parmesan cheese if you haven''t done so already.

After pasta is cooked to aldente, draine and put in large serving bowl.

Crack the eggs into the pasta

put the grated parmesan into the pasta as well

Pour the zucchini sauce in the pasta and mix. Make sure everything is hot so the eggs will be cooked in the process of mixing
