Steps
Sequence Step
1Unwrap puff pastry sheet, dust with flour, and roll out thin
2Cut puff pastry into 6 even strips
3Spread jam along one strip of pastry
4Arrange apple slices along strip, peel out
5Dust with cinnamon
6Fold pastry strip in half. Round edges of apple with peel should be visible.
7Roll pastry and apple into rosette.
8Repeat with remaining pastry strips and apples. Place roses into muffin tin liners in muffin pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
