In dutch oven heat oil, add onions

Remove veggies and add tenderloin, brown.

Transfer beef

Take 1/4 C beef broth and add flour

Heat remaining beef broth in durch oven with worcestershire sauce until simmering, stir in flour mixture and thicken

Add 1/2 of the sour cream and pour over the beef and veggies

bake at 300 F for 2 hours, just before serving stir in remaining sour cream
