Recipe Description Am not using grains. I AM ON A LOW CARB DIET. This tastes to me like a cross between cornbread & white bread. I will use Splenda next time.

1Mix all together until no lumps
2Be careful of coconut flour measure. The first time I made this I just scooped the flour like corn meal, but it absorbs much more liquid. I added another egg, and still had to spread on pan. Start with 1/2 Cup of flour and then add the other 1/4 c. as needed.
3Preheat oven to 350 degrees and I only needed 25 minutes since I made it thin. Will make a great, tender pizza crust.
