Preheat oven to 325. Spray muffin tin. Mix together oil, syrup and eggs. Follow with pumpkin and milk. Add baking soda through cloves. Add flour and oats mixing just until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Divide between 10 muffin cups. Bake for 23-26 minutes until toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean. Cool and then remove from tin.
