Steps
Sequence Step
1Slice and caramelize onions. Set aside in large bowl.
2Chop leeks and sauté. Add to bowl
3Chop cabbage and saute. Add to bowl.
4In medium stock pot add 1/2 stick butter over medium heat. When melted, add flour. Whisk into butter until no lumps.

7Add 2 boxes chicken stock. Cover and let simmer over medium/low heat.
8Add veggies 1/4 at a time to blender. Add 1 cup boiling stock. Pulse. Add to a large bowl. Finish pulsing all veggies and add to bowl.
9Add pulsed veggies to stock. Add green peas. Add other half of stick putter. Stir in. Cover and let simmer until desired consitentcy.
