Recipe Description Fudge made with erythritol, a sugar alcohol makes this a reduced carb candy. There are 16 grams of fiber in the chocolate, which reduces this to 4 per pc, the erythritol reduces it by another 10.6 carbs, for a total of less than 3.5 net grams of carbohydrate per piece. Note this is NOT a low calorie or low fat treat!

Steps
Sequence Step
1Melt chocolate in microwave for 1 minute, stir and continue to melt in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir and cool.
2Beat cream cheese, splenda (I use Erythritol with 2 tbs. of Stevia powder instead), vanilla, melted chocolate with mixer in large mixing bowl.
3Stir in chopped walnuts. Spread in foil lined 8 x 8 inch pan. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Cut into 16 squares. Serve chilled.
