Steps
Sequence Step
1Grind flax seeds, then soak in 1 cup of coconut water.
2Grind almonds and apricots in food processor.
3Soak chia seeds in 1 cup of coconut water.
4Mix all the ingredients together and dehydrate for 3 days.
