Wisk eggs

Chop the spinach bunch into small pieces

Measure 1 cup mozzarella

Wash and slice mushrooms

Grill(or cook over heat) the sliced Canadian bacon until cooked through, then cut into extra small cubes.

Mix ingredients in bowl and pour into heated frying pan. Once bottom is stable/cooked, flip entire omelet. Once both sides are cooked through, fold omelet and serve.
