1Blend hot water and raisins until smooth
2Mix raisin puree with bananas in a large bowl and mash bananas.
3Add eggs, spices and lemon juice.
4Mix dry ingredients thoroughly then add to wet mixture.
5Grease 3 bread pans and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill bread pans ¾ full and bake for 30 to 40 mins.
