Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients except cranberries. Mix all wet ingredients. Combine and set aside. Grease or line 18 standard muffin cups. Add cranberries to the mixture. Evenly fill 18 muffin cups. Bake for 21 minutes.
