place all ingtedients except blueberries in food processor or blender until smooth. Stir in blueberries. For each pancake, spoon 1/4C batter on lightly oiled griddle heated to medium. When bubbles form on top and edges are dry, flip to the other side and cook 1/12 to 2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, syrup or honey.
