Cook pie shell according to package dierectiions. Set aside to cool

Rinse, halve and drain strawberries.

Pour strawberries into cooled pie shell.

Pour 1 1/2 cups water, 2 tbsp cornstarch and 3/4 cup sweetener into sauce pan. Med heat till opaique and bubbling.

Remove from heat and add jello powdered mix. Stir till desolved

pour over fruit. Depending on size of pan you may need to double the jello, water, sugar and cornstarch.

My glass pan is large so I needed to double the recipe. It was closer to 3 1/2 cups strawberries and 3 cups water, 4 tbsp cornstarch and 2 packages of jello.

Original recipe calls for 3oz regular jello, 3/4 cup sugar. For small pie.
