Sift flour and measure. Add salt.

Cut in shortening (use 2 knives or shortening blender till fine.)

Add egg, water, and vinegar together and form a ball.

Flour bread board before rolling. Roll out in a circle to fit pie pan.

This will make 2 double crust 8" pies.

It can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days or until you can use it up.
