Sequence Step
1Sift flour and measure. Add salt.
2Cut in shortening (use 2 knives or shortening blender till fine.)
3Add egg, water, and vinegar together and form a ball.
5Flour bread board before rolling. Roll out in a circle to fit pie pan.
6This will make 2 double crust 8" pies.
7It can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days or until you can use it up.
