FRY THE GROUND BEEF, ONION AND PEPPER IN SKILLET ADD TOMATO SAUCE, CHILI POWDER, TABASCO, SALT, PEPPER AND WATER BRING TO A BOIL AND ADD RICE COVER SKILLET AND REMOVE FROM HEAT SET ASIDE FOR 5 - 10 MINUTES REMOVE LID AND SERVE
