Put cucumber in a colander and sprinkle with salt to draw out water. Cover with a heavy plate. Let stand 30 minutes. Squeeze off excess water with paper towel.

In food processor add cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, dill and cumin. Process until well blended.

Stir in yogurt. Salt and pepper to taste.

Place in refrigerator for at least two hours before serving so that flavores can blend.
