Add the olive oil to a hot skillet. Add the garlic powder and cook for a minute until brown.

Quickly add the onions, carrot and celery. Add half the wine and cook until soft.

Mix the Miso and the rest of the white wine until you have a liquid paste. Add to the rest.

Finally add the stewed tomatoes, tomato paste and Yves veggie ground round. Cook until the sauce has reached the desired thickness.
