Soup that is super healthy. I took free range chicken/ fat free stock and added all the veggies. Saute the olive oil with celery chopped small, with garlic and scallions apply lid for 10 mins on low.saute cut up 1/2 in chicken breast pieces. make sure there is no pink then, Add stock. Then on high add all veggies afterward and basil/ thyme. * if you find canned crushed tomatoes with basil added skip additional basil if you desire. I suggest you taste test as you apply the tomatoes for brothy taste!* After everything is tender add the no-yolk egg noddles and reduce heat until tender. Hope you enjoy!
