Spray non stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat to medium temperature.

Add hashbrowns and green chile cook until slightly browned.

Add beaten eggs. cook on medium heat until done.

Warm tortillas slightly in pan covered with foil. Lay tortillas out and divide mixture evenly on to tortillas.

Add cheese to portioned tortillas. Turn ends towards center and roll tightly. Wrap in aluminum foil sheets. Ready to serve.
