Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Mix oats bran nuts and seeds with sugar and a pinch of salt and cinnamon.

Mix honey oil and vanilla and pour over oat mixture

Spread granola on two baking sheets and bake until golden and crispy, around 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Let cool and stir in dried fruit. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks
