Mash Bananas and place in a large bowl. Add sugar and next 5 ingredients (through egg whites); stir until combined. Add flour mixture, stirring until combined. Stir in nuts and dried cranberries.

Spread dough into a 13x9 inch metal baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 375 for 22 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 16 bars.
