In large mixing bowl stir together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. In another mixing bowl combine egg, milk and cooking oil. Add to flour mixture all at once. If making a few plain pancakes stop here and cook them on griddle. Continuing, add whole blackberries and frozen orange juice concentrate. Stir until just mixed. (I use a mixer and most of the berries are broken up and the batter is purple. **If batter seems runny, add 1/2 to 1 cup more oats or flour.

Pour about 1/3 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. This will make pancakes about 5" in diameter. To make dollar size - use 1 tablespoon.

Cook until pancakes are golden bron, turning to ccook second sides when pancakes have bubbly surface and slightly dry edges. Put on warm cookie sheet in oven set at 215 degrees F, to hold for serving.
