Cook Jumbo Pasta Shells, drain
mix ricotta cheese, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, and egg together. Spoon 3 Tablespoons of mixture into each Jumbo shell. Layer bottom of 9x13 pan with tomato sauce, then add 1 layer of filled shells ,cover with remaining tomotoe sauce then top with 1 cup mozzerella cheese. Cook on a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
