Bring large pot of water to a boil and prepare pasta as per package directions, or until al dente. Drain, save 1 cup of pasta water and set aside.

Heat oil in skillet. Saute garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 min. Add zucchini to garlic and cook another two minutes, stirring frequently.

Reduce heat to medium and add cream cheese. Cook until smooth and creamy. Salt and pepper, then add in rotini. Stir making sure all noodles are covered in sauce.

Stir in 1/2 of the cup of reserved pasta water. (Add more of the pasta water as needed until desired consistency is reached.)
