Put the meat in a large bowl. Add all the ingredients except for the bread.

Soak the bread in water and squeeze out the water and add it to the meat mix.

Mix the meat and the rest well until they are thoroughly mixed and put in a backing dish.

Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Makes 4 servings.
