Saute rice in butter until brown.

Put 1 can of beef consomme in 8X8 pan add 1 can of water.

Add oregano and mushrooms. Set aside

Put browned rice into the consomme and stir, cover with aluminum foil.

Place in oven and cook until rice tender. Approximately 30-40 minutes
