1Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for several hours, stirring occasionally. When the liquid is absorbed and oatmeal is the consistency you like, taste it to make sure the oats are cooked. If not, add more liquid (water or milk) and cook a while longer.
2Once finished cooking, serve hot. Allow remainder to cool, put in freezer bags, and freeze for later.
