In a large pot, combine chicken stock, spices, diced tomatoes and beans. Heat over med-low heat. In a separate pan, break up the sausage and brown, continuing to break up as is cooks. Make sure sausage is fully cooked. Add to tomatoes and beans, reserving the grease. In the sausage grease, sauté the greens and minced garlic until wilted. Add to the tomatoes, beans and sausage. Allow to simmer over med-low heat for 10 minutes to all flavors to meld.
