1Preheat oven to 375. Prepare 12 muffin tins by placing muffin pares inside. Spray muffin papers with cooking spray. Prepare 4 tablespoons of oat bran and 2 tablespoons of soy flour. Mix together, sprinkle into bottom of muffin tins , set aside. I a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients together, using a spoon.place into muffin tins evenly. Cook 20-23 minutes.
