Recipe Description
Preheat oven to 350, line 1 muffins tins, combine dry ingredients through baking soda, combine wet ingredients through vanilla, fold in blueberries and cinnamon. Fill muffin cups. Bake for 22-25 minutes

Combine almond flour, coconut flour, salt and baking soda.

Warm coconut oil 30 seconds in microwave until it is liquid

Combine coconut oil with eggs, maple syrup, almond milk and vanilla. Combine with a wisk.

Add wet ingredients to dry. Fully incorporate.

Add blueberries and cinnamon

Distribute batter in muffin cups.
