Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat olive oil
2Add salt, garlic, carrot, pepper, 1 tsp red chili flakes, oregano, rosemary
3Add stock and rinsed lentils. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer until lentils are soft. Approx 20 minutes.
4Remove bay leaves
5Add lemon juice
6Thin with stock to desired consistency.
