1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix all wet ingredients in a medium sized bowl. set aside. mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl and add the wet ingredients. Stir to combine. in a 12 cup muffin pan distribute the batter evenly. bake for 15-20 minutes. let stand for 5 minutes and enjoy!
