Sequence Step
1Mix all ingredients together, except currants. Add honey, oil and a small amount of water. Spread ingredients on baking sheets and toast for 60 minutes in 250 degree oven. Stir every 15 minutes for even toasting. Add currants when granola comes out of oven.
