In a heavy bottom pot, melt the butter

Add the garlic, salty and pepper. Lightly sweat the garlic.

Cool the butter mixture to room temperature.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and eggs.

Pour the melted butter and garlic mixture over the beef mixture.

In a diferent mixing bowl, combine the wheat breadcrumbs, grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Mix by hand until well incorporated.

Add the breadcrumb mixture to the beef mixture. Mix by hand until well incorporated. Do not overmix.

Roll into 2 oz balls and place on sheet pan.

Bake in 400 degree F oven for 10 minutes.
