Steps
Sequence Step
1In a heavy bottom pot, melt the butter
2Add the garlic, salty and pepper. Lightly sweat the garlic.
3Cool the butter mixture to room temperature.
4In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef and eggs.
5Pour the melted butter and garlic mixture over the beef mixture.
6In a diferent mixing bowl, combine the wheat breadcrumbs, grated parmesan and chopped parsley. Mix by hand until well incorporated.
7Add the breadcrumb mixture to the beef mixture. Mix by hand until well incorporated. Do not overmix.
8Roll into 2 oz balls and place on sheet pan.
9Bake in 400 degree F oven for 10 minutes.
