Place cooked shredded chicken in a large bowl, add hot sauce, cheese and onion. Toss to combine Roll into golf ball sized balls

Place flour, egg and panko crumbs into separate bowls. Roll each ball in the flour, followed by the egg, then in the panko crumbs

Place the balls on a baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes turning them after 15 minutes
