Preheat oven to 400.

Quarter tomatoes and onion and place in a large bowl.

Add thyme, basil, lemon juice, agave, and olive oil.

Add cayenne and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Toss ingredients together then place on a backing sheet or pan.

Roast vegetables for 20 minutes.

Once roasted, place all ingredients (including separately roasted garlic) into a high speed blender.
