Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400.
2Quarter tomatoes and onion and place in a large bowl.
3Add thyme, basil, lemon juice, agave, and olive oil.
4Add cayenne and a pinch of salt and pepper.
5Toss ingredients together then place on a backing sheet or pan.
6Roast vegetables for 20 minutes.
7Once roasted, place all ingredients (including separately roasted garlic) into a high speed blender.
8Blend until smooth.
