Sequence Step
1brown pork
2add onion and green and red peppers and saute until softened.
3add garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, cayenne and curry powder and saute for 30 seconds.
4add broth, soy sauce, coconut milk, and lime juice and bring to a heavy simmer.
5cover and simmer on low for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
