Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 400 F
2Whisk milk and lemon juice, let sit for 10 minutes.
3Mix dry ingredients. Use rounded measures for leavening agents. (eg. a rounded not level teaspoon of baking soda, powder and salt.)
4Mix wet and dry ingredients.
5Form biscuits (drop or rolled) onto lightly greased cookie sheet. If rolled, add extra flour as needed to firm up dough.
6Bake for 8-10 minutes.
