Preheat oven to 400 F

Whisk milk and lemon juice, let sit for 10 minutes.

Mix dry ingredients. Use rounded measures for leavening agents. (eg. a rounded not level teaspoon of baking soda, powder and salt.)

Mix wet and dry ingredients.

Form biscuits (drop or rolled) onto lightly greased cookie sheet. If rolled, add extra flour as needed to firm up dough.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
