Steps
Sequence Step
1Place dried oatmeal into a large bowl. Add cinnamon, all the nuts and stir to mix.
2In a separate bowl mix together oil, water, almond extract, vanilla extract, honey and maple syrup.
3Pour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended.
4Pour mixture into a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with PAM.
5Place pan into a preheated 325 degree oven for 90 minutes. Make sure to stir granola every 15 minutes to ensure the mixture cooks and dries properly.
6Cereal is done when nicely browned and a little crisp.
7Remove from oven and stir in dried fruit. Place pan on a rack to cool.
8Once cool place contents into a sealed container
