Recipe Description Whole wheat bread from white wheat. I got a similar recipe from a friend that I tweaked and made into this yummy wheat bread.

cups (8 fl oz)water, warm (110 degrees)

Steps
Sequence Step
1activate yeast in warm water
2grind wheat kernals
3mix water and 5 cups flour with all other ingredents -add 1/2 cup of vital wheat gluten, 2 TBSP of dough enhancer( these ingr. were not on the ingr. finder
4mix for 3- 5 minutes
5add 1 cup of flour at a time until dough pulls into a ball and the sides of the mixer come clean
6grease pans
7knead dough by hand for 2 mintues
8seperate into 4 balls
9roll into loaves and place in pans
10cover with towell and let rise for 40 minutes
11bake at 350 for 28 - 30 minutes
12butter tops with butter to soften crust
