Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients (except currents, which may burn) and stir well
2Spread mixture into a baking pan (I usually put parchment down in a large jelly roll pan)
3Cook for 12 minutes, and stir. Cook for another 12 minutes until toasted. Add a minute or two if needed, but be careful--it isn''t good eats if it burns!
4Add currents (or raisins) to warm granola
5Let cool thoroughly.
6Store in an airtight container.
