Combine brown sugar. milk and 1 tbsp cane syrup in saucepan over medium high bring to boil

Cook 1 minute or until sugar dissolves remove from heat.

Stir in 1 Tbsp Bourbon and vanilla extract. Add chocolates

Let stand 1 minute and then stir until smooth

Pour into shallow dis, then cover and chill 4 hours. Heat a tablespoon with hot water and pat sry then scoop chocolate mixture with the spoon, Dip into cocoa and roll into balls
