add water slowly until a soft ball is formed. You may need to adjust to more or less that 1/4 cup.

Before removing from food processor, add spices as desired - salt, italian seasonings, etc. to make the flavor you like.

Form into ball and divide into quarters, then roll each quarter into a "snake" and divide it into thirds. These pieces are then formed into 12 small balls.

Dust rolling surface with flour, and roll flat into 6-8 inch tortilla.

Place each tortilla onto hot skillet (medium heat) for 30 seconds on each side, or until slightly browned.

Store in gallon-sized ziplock bag with paper towel shielding the plastic bag.

Store in gallon-size ziplock bag between paper towels. Reheat for 10 sec. in microwave to resoften.
