1Preheat oven to 350
2Mix Rolled Oats, Cranberries Coconut, Cinnamon, Cayenne, Ginger and Baking Soda; set aside.
3Cream Peanut Butter, Egg Whites, Sugar and Vanilla together.
4Fold Oat Mixture into the peanut butter mixture.
5Drop teaspoons of dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
6Bake 9-12 minutes.
